Refund and exchange policy

If you have changed your mind based on the fact that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90 day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To benefit from the refund policy you must

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Return the product within 90 days period, and
  3. Return the products in the same condition and together with all accessories as when purchased.

Unless the product is found to be faulty a refund will not be given for unpacked or used personnel hygiene products or on any consumable products which cannot by its nature be returned in a new or unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

To return/exchange products:

The goods will need to be returned by you to the Clas Ohlson store (address below). The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Products that are returned remain your responsibility until we receive them. As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will review the product(s) and issue a credit voucher. If purchase was made with a credit/debit card, please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different credit/debit card than the one used in the original purchase.
